I adore the weird activities we do and how everything feels organic to us. It's not a forced friendship like the ones in high school where it feels like you must be "right" to stay in the clique. We don't need to spend time as a unit also, we can branch off. I often branch off with a few to play pool in the game hall. Sometimes I take a friend or two to the local cafe. No matter what we do, it is fun. Even on the stressful exam days, we help each other cram and will make efforts to chill out if need be.
Overall, I feel very fortunate to have such wonderful friends. I have lots of fun at school everyday, get good grades, and maintain a really good quality of life. I think my friends here have made me look forward to school more than I ever have in my life. Me sitting on a pool table while waiting on my turn.
That's great that you have a good group of friends to hang out with! It is absolutely a huge help making it through school.
